Goal/Service 1: Participate in physical exercises and have healthy choices
Svetlana has a dog now, and they walk the dog in the community. She is asked to think twice to eat chips, prompted to eat healthy choices like salads by staff. Sometimes she wants to make inappropriate choices. If she really begs they concede, but usually verbally prompts her away from that.

Goal/Service 2: Make appropriate choices while shopping
Svetlana used to be really obsessed with phone cases, but that phase is over. She loves turning on her phone but sometimes forgets to turn it off and must be verbally prompted to do so.

Goal/Service 3: Explore community resources
Svetlana does not go to program due to COVID, so she mostly goes to stores such as Macy’s and is mostly busy with the dog.

Goal/Service 4: Engage in indoor and outdoor activities
Walks dog, puts on sun hat herself. Svetlana used to not want to go on walks because she was tired, but now with the dog she is more motivated to go outside. Staffs prompt Sveta regarding proper caretaking of dog.

Additional: Svetlana got the second vaccine, had a temperature for two days. Feels better now.
